  1. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the shipping confirmation email from Caelithra.
  2. Locate your tracking number – it will be a unique alphanumeric code (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784).
  3. Visit a reliable tracking service such as 17Track or AfterShip.
  4. Enter your tracking number into the search bar on the tracking site and click “Track” or press Enter.
  5. View real-time updates including the current location, estimated delivery date, and any status changes.

Recommended Third-Party Tracking Tools

If you prefer to use a universal tracking platform that supports multiple carriers, we recommend the following free and reliable services:

  • 17Track – Simply paste your tracking number into the search box on their homepage. It supports over 700 carriers worldwide and provides detailed shipment progress in multiple languages.
  • AfterShip – Enter your tracking number on their website to get automatic updates. AfterShip also offers email notifications if you create a free account (optional).
  • PackageRadar – Another excellent option that works with most major carriers. Just input your tracking number and click “Track” to see the latest status.

What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Tracking Email

If it has been more than 48 hours since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please check the following:

  • Ensure the email address you provided during checkout is correct.
  • Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  • If you still cannot find the email, contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number, and we will resend the tracking information within 24 hours.

Important Notes

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation, as carriers need time to scan the package into their system.
  • If your tracking status shows “Label Created” or “Pre-Shipment” for more than 3 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.
