To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
